To ensure proper functionality, always use the recommended charger for the Mini UPS with the correct voltage and ampere rating. Using any local or substandard charger will void the warranty. The recommended charger specification is 12V with 2 to 3 Amps of good quality, as per the UPS requirements. The warranty will not be provided in case of incorrect connections or improper usage. Warranty services are applicable only to the UPS device itself. Accessories are not covered under the warranty. Chargers come with a 6-month warranty. If the product package is opened, returns will not be accepted. In case of any issues, you are eligible to claim the warranty.
