Using any local or substandard charger will void the warranty. The recommended charger specification is 12V with 2 to 5 Amps of good quality, as per the UPS requirements. The warranty will not be provided in case of incorrect connections or improper usage. Warranty services are applicable only to the UPS device itself. Accessories, including chargers, are not covered under the warranty. If the product package is opened, returns will not be accepted. In case of any issues, you are eligible to claim the warranty.
